Located in Dublin, Ohio, Sen Gao Martial Arts Academy offers quality instruction in traditional Kung Fu, Contemporary Wushu, Chinese Kick-boxing, as well as Tai Chi Chuan.

We also offer Sport Karate which is also known as Extreme Martial Arts (XMA). XMA is a dynamic mixture of elements from martial arts, acrobatics, and gymnastics. XMA also uses traditional weapons including but not limited to nunchaku, sai, bo, kama, and katana. 

 

Once used primarily as a means of combat and self-defense, today Chinese martial arts are also taught for health and fitness. Wushu's blend of athletic prowess and aesthetic appeal makes it a popular performing art and a competitive sport.
